1. Moong daal
2. Cumin Seed (Jeera)
3. Red Chilly Powder
4. Salt
5. Turmeric Powder(Haldi)

Preparation (For 2)

1. Wash 1 cup daal
2. Boil with salt as per your taste and pinch of turmeric (In cooker give 3 whistle)
3. Once boiled mix the daal with blender
4. Pour the material in plate and levelled it
5. Sprinkle red chilli powder all over it
6. Sprinkle Coriander powder all over it
7. In a seperate pan heat oil and add cumin seed as tadka
8. Spread the hot oil above the material
